Project:
FAMILY HISTORY INVESTIGATION
Task:
To investigate an event from your family’s history. The event must have
occurred before you reached the age of 4.
You will present a 2-3 minute oral
that outlines the event and your research efforts.
Requirements:

Learn about a
family event using a variety of sources (interviews, diaries, photographs, etc)
·
If your main
source of information is interview, try to interview more than one person.
·
Gather sources
where possible (diaries, photos, newpaper clippings). Digital scans or photos
of the sources may be used to protect valuable items.
·
Write 300-600
words on your event and how you found out about it.
·
Create a
powerpoint that shows visual evidence of your event
Presentation:

PowerPoint to aid
with oral presentation
·
Actual items used
to learn about event may also be brought to class.
